30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@bylumive.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
